Virtual: $75.00 (Two Weekends)

Private: $250 ( Two Days- 4hrs each)

Group: $100 per couple (Two Days - 6hrs each)

• Anatomy of Labor/Birth and Stages of Labor

• Comfort Measures, Relaxation Techniques and Birth Positions

• Medical interventions and options

• Immediate Postpartum- Postpartum Recovery and Newborn Care

Lactation Consultation

Virtual: $20 (30 minutes )

Onsite: $35 (1 hour)

• Breastfeeding troubleshooting support: Latching/positioning,, pain, supply, storage, and nutrition.
